Ingredients (for 2 servings):
2 C milk
70 g of sugar
1 tbsp flour (with a good slide, how much would you charge)
2 tsp. cornstarch
a pinch of vanilla
14 cookies (they must be light, easily an absorbent. ideally – American wafer cookies)
The milk will heat up, but will not allow to boil. The yolks lightly beat with a whisk and pouring them about a quarter of the heated milk, continue to intrude. Pour the mixture of egg yolks and milk in a pre-mixed dry ingredients, beat with a whisk and place into the saucepan with the remaining milk.
Cook stirring over medium heat until thick. Remove. Allow to cool down (the pudding will thicken a little more) under the lid (to prevent formation of films).
Meanwhile, cook the molds, the bottom of which we will put cookies and sliced bananas. Pour the pudding. Put a couple of cookies and banana slices and pour the remaining pudding. Depending on the molds you can make several alternating layers biscuits-banana-pudding.
Decorate (often used for this purpose whipped cream).
