Apple strudel


2 sheets puff pastry,

2-3 large apples,
half a teaspoon of cinnamon,
2 tablespoons sugar,
2 tablespoons flour,
Half a Cup of chopped nuts,
3 tablespoons brown sugar,
2 tablespoons regular sugar,
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs,
1 egg + 1 teaspoon water, Beaten, for greasing

Recipe preparation:

The oven heated to 190 degrees.Clean the apples and cut into small cubes. Put in a bowl and mix with cinnamon, brown and regular sugar, flour. Leave for 20 minutes so that the apples turned on the juice. In a separate bowl, mix nuts, 2 kinds of sugar and crackers. Roll out 1 sheet of dough, sprinkle nut mixture and spread on top of Apple. Close the filling, folding the edges of the dough. Repeat with the second sheet and the remaining filling.
Fold the edges of the rolls. Put the rolls on a baking sheet covered with paper. Grease egg grease. Make longitudinal incisions on each roll.
Bake at 190 degrees for 40-45 minutes until Golden brown.
